Not sure what the issue is. Recently the new member 80Duece downloaded and install both the JOCAG & the tic mod from our forums and had no problems. The best times to talk to the admins is during the UN meetings. The UN (the admins) meet twice a week. Every Wed & Sat @ 8pm EST.
