If I remember correctly the ICE Mod and TIC mod use the same folder. So, you need the "Mod switch" that would rename the folders. Not sure if it is available to download online. I had it with my GTX 960 and Windows 10, don't remember it on Windows 7. I was running Windows 10 insider previews on that machine, latest version messed up my network drivers. Re-imaged machine (also forgot to use WET tool to transfer data back before I upgraded), so it was good excuse to re-impor...
