help!!

I got everything loaded but cant get into the game via Novaworld. I have the original discs that I purchased a lifetime ago, Typhoon Rising and Escalation with CD keys.

I read that after a while that Novaworld deletes accounts for inactivity. I tried to create a new account but Novaworld is saying the CD keys are already in use, which makes sense since I used them.

I've sent the "forgot password" and even emailed "contact us" but I'm not getting a response.

Any ideas?

Edit: I assumed that you had only tried the Forgotten Password link in the JO main menu.

My bad, I think I have found your login name now, it's Thunderkat.
The characters linked to the Thunderkat account are, UN-TA.RENO , IC-RENO , Maj.Reno , Thunderkat

Let me know if there is still no way that you can access your account.

Yep, Thunderkat was always the user name. The other names are used via the token system in Novaworld that allows us to add additional character names like when the army names changed.

I tried the forgot password in both the old and new Novaworld sites and even sent an email to the "contact us" and still haven't received a response.

Not sure what to do at this point. And I was getting all excited lol.

Have you changed your e-mail account since you registered on Novaworld?

I just tried clicking the "[Lost your password]" link on the new Novaworld site, entered my e-mail address and immediately got an automated response at my e-mail account, so that is working.

If you enter the wrong e-mail address then, obviously, you won't receive a reply with your account details.

Yea I've tried the lost password several times. I haven't changed the password either, been using the same email since before Escalation came out.

I tried to create a new account with a different email but since the CD keys for Typhoon and Escalation were already applied to my previous email, it wont let me use them. But, the new email gives me a "lost password" response right away as well.

I'm lost now and Novaworld doesn't seem to be responding to any of my emails.

O well, I was looking forward to playing with you all. Guess I'm back into BF & Arma grrrr

Using "[Lost your password]" will give you your current User-ID and also your current password, so not sure why copying these across would not log you in, unless you have accidentally typed a letter for a digit or vice versa perhaps.

Did you try logging into the new Novaworld site before logging into your game? It shouldn't make any difference but it's worth a try. Maybe changing your password (to something memorable) after recovering your Novaworld account would work?
