If I read that note correct it is some anti-hacking site the host is using that is having hickups.

Yeah, that's correct. After all ppl vanished from the server last night I got a new message that it was stable again and I just went in there and my ping landed on 15. Could be it still causes problem when more join but they got another solution I'm gona try tonight!
