I actually contacted them in the same period for the same fault, i was just curious who you managed to make contact with, i ended up reaching someone in the marketing department. Who told me the person who administrates the servers was traveling when it went down, but she managed to make contact with him and alert him to the issue. I was just curious who you managed to make contact with, as with the many addresses i tried it was only actually the marketing department for thq that responded.

As you all noticed : Both the gameservices and webpages ( novaworld2-Novalogic.com) is down!
They are aware and working on it!

Hi all,
I have tried to make contact with the director of business and product development R.P in Austria at the THQ for a week now and just got an answer from him saying- "can you confirm-it should work now". I told him it didn't so I guess it wont take long now until it's up and running again. (He really thought it was taken care of, so someone in Cali didn't do their job right)
Looks like the THQ aint running the show the way as we thought they did (but I guess most of us found out that long time ago) .

There was no mistake done with the login server, it was just taken down. Mod said he won't be paying for it any longer. Which is understandable.
Seems like THQ's intention is to bring it back up again, or hopefully more news soon. I'm reading every annual report Embracer is giving out to see if they mention any novalogic games being worked on but nothing yet. The trademark seem to have gone to 3D Realm (former Apogee) that has a studio doing fps games, and THQ as well as all other companies involved are owned by Embracer.
