Special General Meeting 5/15/2019 @ 6pm EST.
There will be a special general meeting 5/15/2019 at 6pm EST. to discuss the tournament being disbanded. This will be the last chance to be heard on this subject. (Per the constitution this requires us to give 14 days notice.) The rules that apply are posted below.
*No one came forward from the community during our last meeting.
9. Special General Meeting
9.1. A Special General Meeting (SGM) may be called by the Management Team or by any 10 members to discuss an urgent matter.
9.2. The Administrator (for PR) shall give all members 14 days’ notice of any SGM together with notice of the business to be discussed. All members shall be entitled to attend and vote.
9.3. A summary of key decisions (minutes) will be posted in the forum (Announcements).
(Business to be discussed will be the dissolution of the tournament!)
11. Dissolution
11.1. The Group may be disbanded if it is not financially viable or if agreed by two-thirds of active group members. A registered member is considered active if they have accessed the Total=IC= forum within four weeks of the vote for dissolution.
11.2. In the event of closure, any money (donations) remaining after all debts have been paid shall be given to the Red Cross charity for use "disaster relief".
11.3. The incumbent management team may be removed for blatant disregard of this constitution, community and tournament rules.

This is a little update on what is going on & the minor progress that has been made.
We are still going forward with the special general meeting 5/15/2019. Everyone is welcome to attend & be heard. This is crucial to the tournament moving forward or not. The topics will include the dissolution of the tournament, as well as a few other topics. (a final campaign, need for others to join the UN, a random campaign, etc...)
A few players have attended our UN meetings and spoke to the UN about whats going on. Krazytanker, Bunny, Fastmax, Shotski, and others. Fastmax has volunteered to be map admin. More players have signed up and or donated money. However sign ups are still slow. Brave and Doc have discussed being commanders.
So some progress has been made but the discussion about disbanding the tournament is still needed at this point. Ideas are welcome for moving forward with the next campaign if there is to be one.
