Administrator's report for 2018: UNCA-Duck

• TIC tournament has been running for 3 years. Now in Campaign 15, TIC has adopted a new tournament format (with RAOs, i.e. generic HCOs) that does not require named commanders given the reluctance of members to step up to the commander role (Major).
• Standing Armies concept was introduced between Campaigns 14+15 to structure gameplay on fundays.
• CCR still supporting/promoting TIC tournament. Credit to Bunny for ongoing efforts with recruitment and Brave, Luke & others for their engagement with Facebook. Numbers are modest but it has been good to see some new names and also a couple of veterans returning.
• Fruitbowl is still running Fridays (typically evenings EST) and an 'Orangebowl' server will be set up for running stock JOTR maps.

Finances report: UNTC-Tracker

• Current balance = $288.44 as of now
• TeamSpeak due in March-2019 = $37.80
• Server due 12-Jan-2019 = $55.00
• Funding c/o voluntary donations and sponsorship/pay-to-pay ($5 per player) for TIC Campaigns.

Election of new UN members: vacancies

• UNMA Flossie intends to step down after Campaign 15. New UNGDs are also welcome.
• Let the UN know if you are willing and able to take on a UN role, or want to know more.

• Reminder for AGM was sent to all members with a request for agenda items/concerns.

AOB

• The only concern brought to the attention of the UN in Campaign 15 is the starting time, which has typically been 30 minutes late because players are not showing up on time. Consistency of uniforms and passwords has helped to expedite the start once players have loaded in. Players are responsible for their punctuality; if 13:00 EST is genuinely too early then a later start could be considered (subject to a polled majority of the community).
• Refinements for Campaign-specific rules were considered e.g. options for uniforms and lead-in time for Campaign 16. These will be discussed further following conclusion of Campaign 15.

All members are welcome to attend UN meetings (Wednesday and Saturday at 16:00 EST = 23:00 UK time), and/or talk to UN members during the week.
